Using our website or services means you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully. The site is offered on the condition that you accept these terms without modification. Once payment is made, we provide you with a dedicated virtual assistant suited to your needs. Accounts and plans are non-transferable; hours do not roll over to the next billing cycle. Tasks should be submitted through our designated project management tool and must be within the scope of our services.
Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You authorize recurring subscription charges, and fees are non-refundable after the billing period. We may terminate service if tasks fall outside our scope or if there is abusive behavior toward staff. Direct agreements with VAs outside our platform are prohibited; doing so is a material breach and may result in termination without refund. We maintain ownership of work products and confidential information; non-solicitation clauses prohibit hiring our VAs directly for 12 months after service ends.
